PB + Blueberry Smoothie

Eating fruits and veggies is easy when they taste this good. This delicious PB + Blueberry Smoothie is perfect for breakfast, snack or dessert. It’s super creamy and packed with healthy ingredients.

Ever since we got a new blender, we have been experimenting with smoothies like crazy. Jackson is a lot bolder than I am though. He’ll put any and all kinds of veggies in his smoothies––kale, spinach, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, green beans. You name it, he’s willing to try it. Some have been great. Others have been interesting.

This recipe has a good mix of fruit, veggies, and healthy fats. Its pretty purple color and incredible taste might have you thinking you’re drinking a milk shake when you’re actually sipping plenty of vitamins and nutrients.

What makes this smoothie great

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants. This superfood is high in vitamin C and potassium. They are anti-inflammatory and loaded with fiber, which helps you stay fuller longer.

Kale is another anti-inflammatory food that’s rich in antioxidants. It improves eye health, heart health, and protects bone health.

Peanut butter helps you feel fuller longer. It contains healthy vitamins and nutrients such as vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin B6.

Bananas are a great source of potassium, vitamin B6, manganese, vitamin C, iron, and biotin. They help the body recover from activity and keep you regular.
