Sautéed Balsamic Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Begin by cutting the ends off of the Brussels sprouts and chopping them in half. Slice the bacon into half-inch squares or strips. ††††††††††††

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the bacon starts to brown and crisp add the Brussels sprouts and stir.

Pour the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic into the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 10-15 minutes or until the Brussels spouts are tender and golden brown. Stir occasionally. Once the Brussels sprouts have softened to your liking, dish up!

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
